MASKS REQUIRED

A mask is required and must be worn for the entire duration of the appointment unless recieving a facial.

CANCELLATION

Please keep in mind if for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment you are responsible to do so. No Call/ No Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and will not be allowed to book again until the fee is paid if the charge is not honored with the card you have on file. You will receive a reminder for your appointment 48hrs in advance. Clients who cancel/ reschedule less than 24hrs of their appointment time will be charged a $50 fee which has to be paid before being serviced again.

LATE ARRIVAL

Clients have a 10min grace period. At the 11th minute a $10 late fee will be applied to your service total. 15mins after the appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and the client will be charged a 100% of the scheduled service price

DEPOSITS / FINAL PAYMENT

All Deposits/Fees (of any kind) are NON-REFUNDABLE, ONLY TRANSFERABLE. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so 24hrs or more before scheduled appointment. No call/No shows &/or canceling less than 24hr you will forfeit fees of any kind. Balance is due in the form of cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
